Below are some some questions you may have when booking with DO Photography. Be sure you read through all of them to help make your experience run smoothly!

Q: For location sessions, do you pick the location or do I?
A:
If you have a location in mind already that’s fine. If not, I can help with coming up with the location that fits your concept.

Q: What happens after my session?

A: Within 24 hours of your session, you will receive your unedits for viewing to choose the photos you would like edited.

Q: What is the turn around time for my edits?
A: For photo sessions, turn around time is 7-10 business days from the day I receive your picks back. For events, turn around time is 2 weeks. Expedited options are available.

Q: Do I get to keep all of my unedits?
A:
Unedited photos are sent for viewing. There will be an additional fee if you would like to keep all of the unedited photos from your session unwatermarked.

Q: What happens if I’m late to my session?
A:
After 15 minutes, a late fee may apply. After 20 minutes your session is subject to be canceled. Please keep in mind your time starts at time booked, not when you arrive.

Q: Am I able to reschedule my session?
A:
If it is at least 24 hours prior to your session you can reschedule without penalty. You should be able to click the link at the bottom of your confirmation email to reschedule. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your session, please email me. A rescheduling fee may apply.

Q: I need to cancel, can I get my deposit back?
A:
Unfortunately, all payments are are non-refundable.

Q: When is my remaining balance due?
A:
Your remaining balance is due by the end of your session. Any delay in final payment may result in a late fee. None of the photos from your session will be sent out until payment is made in full.

Q: Am I able to purchase more photos?
A:
Yes! If you want more edited images than the amount that came with your package, you can purchase them. You will have up to 3 months from your session to purchase more edits.

Q: I didn’t respond to the confirmation, are we still shooting?
A:
A confirmation will be sent out on the day of your session a few hours prior. Please respond to confirm your attendance. No response may result in a cancelation and a fee may apply.

Q: I was a no call no show, am I able to reschedule?
A:
Unfortunately, if you were a no call no show to your scheduled appointment you will not be able to reschedule.

Q: I am interested in getting prints from my session, how do I go about doing that?
A:
